Returns and Refunds

From the section “MY ORDERS” in the reserved area of your account, you can activate the return process by selecting the item you want to return. Once you have clicked on “create a return” explain the reason why you are returning the item. Once we will have accepted your request, you’ll receive a confirmation on your email address. You will then be able to print the label for the return and deliver it to UPS courier for the free pick up.
We remind you that you have 14 days time from receiving your parcel to return it.
We will only accept undamaged and unused products. We therefore suggest taking extra care when unwrapping and trying on your item. Don't get the item dirty and don't remove any labels.
If the product you received should have any defects or if it got damaged during transport you may return it. Please tell us the reasons for which you are returning the item, and if the product presents any defects, attach if possible, a photo in which the problem is evident.
When we have received and verified the product you have returned, we will refund your purchase. You will receive an email to confirm the return and you will receive the refund of the entire amount paid.
Refund of purchases made with PayPal will be credited to your corresponding PayPal account.

By choosing to use PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal page to make a safe transaction. The amount regarding your order will be charged on your PayPal account. If you should return a product the amount will be refunded on the same PayPal account. In no given moment of the purchase will our site be able to see or obtain data from your PayPal account.
When the transaction is complete you will receive a PayPal confirmation email.
